The National Railways Company announced that the train heading from Algiers towards Afroune hit another train on the side, at the entrance level of Agha station (Algiers), this Monday, at four forty-five minutes (16:45).
In its communiqué, the company reassured that “this accident did not leave any casualties,” and added: “Therefore, all the programmed trains during this evening will depart from Agha Station, instead of Algiers Station.”
The communiqué of the National Rail Transport Company also concluded that an immediate investigation had been opened to determine the causes of this accident.
