Polling stations opened, across the country, today, Saturday at eight in the morning to elect members of People’s communal and provincial assemblies.
The voting process concludes on the same day at seven in the evening. However, the head of the Independent National Electoral Authority can, when necessary, and at the request of the coordinator of its province delegation, delay the closure of the voting offices, provided that no later than eight o’clock in the evening, after which the vote counting phase continues without interruption until it is completely finished.
