An executive decree was issued in issue 69 of the Official Gazette that requires a worker who wants to take advantage of the right to a vacation or resort to part-time work to establish a company, to have an employment contract for an indefinite period and to have a total seniority of at least three consecutive years.
On the other hand, the worker who wants to take advantage of the right to a vacation or resort to part-time work to establish an institution, can benefit from extending this period for a period not exceeding six months to continue the implementation of his project, where he has the right to in-kind payments related to sickness insurance within the limits of a civil year, as stated in this decree.
