The first edition of the Algerian Pharmaceutical Fair (Algeria Health Care) opened today, Tuesday, in the Senegalese capital (Dakar) from May 17 to 20.
The opening of this event was supervised by the Algerian Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry, Mr. Lotfi Benbahmed, and the Senegalese Minister of Health and Social Activism, Mr. Abdoulaye Diouf Sarr, in the presence of representatives of the participating laboratories and health and pharmaceutical institutions of the two countries.
On this occasion, the Minister of Pharmaceutical Industry emphasized making Senegal “a gateway to the promotion of Algerian products in the Arab and African region.”
For his part, the Senegalese Minister of Health and Social Activism praised “the organization of the Algerian exhibition, which contributes to linking strong second relations” between the two countries.
For reference, this edition will culminate in the signing of several agreements and contracts between the two countries in the field of pharmaceutical and semi-pharmaceutical products and medical supplies.
