More than 100 exhibitors will participate in the eighth edition of the International Salon of Real Estate, Housing and Smart Homes and the ninth edition of the Decoration Salon organized at the “Mohamed Benahmed” convention center in Oran from November 23 to 27, according to the governor of the two events, Sunday.
Exhibitors from Algeria, as well as foreign companies that have partnerships with Algerian institutions representing different countries such as Turkey, Spain, France and others, will participate in the two events organized by the communication agency “Up Concept Design”.
This economic appointment will be an opportunity to know what is new in the sector and promote partnership in the field of real estate and decoration, while providing the public with real estate solutions that respond to their needs according to their income by real estate developers, architecture offices and decoration professionals.
It will display residential projects with a modern touch, similar to ecological and modern housing, equipped with smart and environmentally friendly technologies, such as electricity economy, electronic technologies, communication systems used in buildings, and others.
The real estate, housing and smart homes salon will also bring together real estate and housing professionals, real estate developers, financial institutions, insurance companies and others, while the decoration salon will be attended by emerging institutions specialized in the field.
On the occasion, lectures were also programmed for the benefit of the sector’s professionals, including “Acoustic and Thermal Insulation of Windows” as well as activities on decorating homes.
