The People’s National Assembly will resume tomorrow Wednesday, its proceedings with a plenary session devoted to voting on draft laws related to the procedures and modalities of notification and referral to the Constitutional Court, civil and administrative procedures, as well as marine fishing and aquaculture, according to a statement by the lower house of parliament.
The statement indicated that this plenary session, which will start at 9:00 in the morning, will be devoted to voting on three legal texts represented in “a draft organic law that defines the procedures and modalities of notification and referral to the Constitutional Court, a draft law that amends and completes Law No. 08-09 containing the Civil Procedure Code, civil and administrative law, as well as the draft law supplementing Law No. 11-01 related to marine fishing and aquaculture.
It is also planned that the proceedings continue with the “holding of a closed session devoted to deciding through secret ballot the request to stop the parliamentary mandate from a deputy from the People’s National Assembly,” according to the same source.
