President of the Republic appoints the heads and governors of the state for six administrative courts of appeal

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, appointed the heads and governors of the state for six administrative courts of appeal, according to a statement issued today, Saturday, by the Ministry of Justice.

The statement said: “Based on the constitution, especially Articles 91, paragraphs 7, 92, and 165, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, appointed the heads of the administrative courts of appeal and the state governors of these courts, as follows:

As for the heads of the administrative courts of appeal:

– Abdallah Ziani, Bechar.

– Abdelkader Hamdan, Tamanrasset.

-Saliha Aouak, Algiers.

– Kamal Helissi, Constantine.

– Nasreddine Omran, Ouargla.

– Abderrahmi Ben Hmida, Oran.

As for the governors of the state at these courts:

-Mustapha Abdi, Bechar.

– Mohamed El-Amin Sabahi, Tamanrasset.

– Mohammed Ben Lakhdar Ben Abdellah, Algiers.

– Abdelouahab Bounab, Constantine.

– Said Chicha, Ouargla.

– Abdelkader Fares, Oran.
