President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, sent a message of congratulations to Mr. Emmanuel Macron on the occasion of his re-election at the head of the French Republic, in which he expressed his wish to open for the two countries “vast horizons of friendship, harmonious conviviality and mutually advantageous complementarity”.
“It gives me particular pleasure, on the occasion of your re-election as President of the French Republic, to address to you, in the name of the Algerian people and government, as well as in my own name, my warm congratulations accompanied by my sincere wishes for every success in your high office”, wrote President Tebboune in his message.
“As you inaugurate a second five-year term that I strongly hope for an Algerian-French relationship to be rebuilt, I measure the importance of the historic opportunity that is offered to both of us to consider and take charge of the future with ambition, courage and responsibility”, adds the President of the Republic.
“Whether it is about memory, human relations, political consultations or strategic projections, economic cooperation and interactions in all spheres of joint work, the renewed vision, fully respectful of sovereignties and balance of interests, which we share, has the potential to open up vast horizons of friendship, harmonious conviviality and mutually beneficial complementarity to our two countries”, concludes President Tebboune.
