The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune met, on Sunday in Ankara (Turkey), representatives of the Algerian community established in Turkey who shared with him their concerns and expectations, within the framework of his three days state visit in Turkey at the invitation of his brother Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey.
The representatives of the national community in Turkey welcomed this tradition instituted by President Tebboune during his visits abroad, thus reflecting his commitment to meeting members of the diaspora to discuss their concerns and listen to their proposals.
This approach reflects the interest granted by the Algerian State to the national community and its attachment to involving its members in the process of economic development of the country.
President Tebboune “will have talks with his brother, the President of the Republic of Turkey, on Algerian-Turkish relations and the means of strengthening them in the best interests of the two brotherly peoples, as well as on regional and international questions of common interest “, said a press release from the Presidency of the Republic.
