I was deeply moved by the news of the passing of late Rachid Lalali. In these moments in which we sadly bid farewell to one of those who have been loyal to the homeland while performing their duties in the ranks of the People’s National Army, the descendant of the National Liberation Army, and recalling with appreciation the qualities of the deceased who deserved the honor of belonging to the military institution, ascended through the ranks, with dedication to what was entrusted to him from Military tasks and responsibilities, I extend to you my sincerest condolences and the most sincere feelings of sympathy, praying to Allah Almighty to cover him with his vast mercy, and inspire you patience and solace.
