
President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune,ordered today, Sunday, the Council of Ministers to prepare for a draft law for the establishment of a higher council for import control.
In a statement to the Council of Ministers, the President of the Republic ordered, with regard to protecting, controlling and tracking the course of international and local trade, “to prepare for a draft law for the establishment of a Supreme Council for Import Control, under the tutelage of the Prime Minister, entrusted with the tasks of determining materials, goods and products destined for the national market, and its working mechanism will be in an interactive way that takes into account the increase or decrease of the national product.
In the same context, the President of the Republic stressed that “protecting the wealth, animal products, and wild plants that are endangered is within a comprehensive national vision,” according to the statement.
