President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received today Sunday, the Head of the Libyan National Unity Government Abdel-Hamid Al-Dabaiba, who was accompanied by an important ministerial delegation, according to a statement issued today by the Presidency of the Republic.
The statement read: ” President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received Today, the Head of the Libyan National Unity Government, Abdel-Hamid Al-Dabaiba, accompanied by an important ministerial delegation.”
The talks dealt with – the statement added – “ways to intensify and support bilateral cooperation in all areas, especially security coordination, fighting cross-borders crime and protecting common borders, as well as increasing trade exchange by opening airspace as well as other opening measures.”
The visit also constituted – according to the same source – “an opportunity to confirm Algeria’s pivotal role in promoting Libyan-Libyan reconciliation and to complete the political solution path, as it is the only way to guarantee the sovereignty of the Libyan state and its territorial integrity.”
