President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received today, Wednesday, a phone call from the President of the Tunisian Republic, Mr. Kais Saied, in which he expressed his “sincere thanks and high appreciation” for Algeria’s rapid response in delivering supplies to his country, to help put out forest fires, according to a statement of the Presidency of the Republic.
The statement said: “Today, the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received a phone call from his brother, the President of the sisterly Republic of Tunisia, Mr. Kais Saied, in which he expressed his sincere thanks and high appreciation for the speed with which Algeria delivered supplies his country, to help put out the fires that broke out in forests, praising the spirit of brotherhood and permanent solidarity between the two brotherly peoples.
