President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received, on Tuesday in Algiers, the heads of the companies “Occidental Petroleum”, “ENI” and “Total Energies”, which have signed a hydrocarbon contract with Sonatrach group.
They are the CEO of “Occidental Petroleum”, Ms. Vicki Hollub, the CEO of “Eni”, Claudio Descalzi and the Vice President of Operations and Production Middle East and North Africa of “Total Enrgies”, Laurent Vivier.
The audience took place at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Republic, in the presence of the Director of Cabinet at the Presidency of the Republic, Mr. Abdelaziz Khellaf, the Minister of Energy and Mines, Mohamed Arkab and the CEO of Sonatrach, Toufik Hakkar.
Sonatrach group signed, Tuesday morning in Algiers, a hydrocarbon contract for an amount of nearly 4 billion dollars, carrying the development of the contractual perimeter of Berkine (Ouargla), with its partners “Occidental Petroleum”, “Eni ” and “Total Energies”.
