The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, sent a message of condolences to the family of the former Minister of Finance, the late Abderrahmane Benkhalfa, who passed away this Friday morning, at the age of 72.
The President of the Republic said in a message of condolences: “I received with a heart that trusts the judgment of Allah and his destiny the news of the death of the former Minister of Finance and Special Envoy of the African Union, Dr. Abderrahmane Benkhalfa.”
The President of the Republic added, “As we share the pain of separation with the family and loved ones of the deceased, we pray Allah Almighty to bless his soul with the breadth of his mercy on a blessed day and a blessed month and to inspire his family with patience and solace. (We belong to Allah and to Him we shall return)”.
