
The President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Minister of National Defense, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, has signed presidential decrees related to the appointment and formation of the Constitutional Court, according to a statement issued today, Wednesday, by the Presidency of the Republic.
In its statement, the presidency said: “In implementation of Articles 91, Paragraph 7, 186 and 188 of the Constitution, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces and Minister of National Defense, signed presidential decrees related to the appointment and formation of the Constitutional Court:
1- Appointed by the President of the Republic:
Omar Belhadj, President.
Laila Aslaoui, Member.
Bahri Saadallah, Member.
Mesbah Menas, Member.
2 Elected:
A – For the Supreme Court: Djilali Miloudi, member.
B – For the State Council: Amaleddine Boulenouar, Member.
C – Professors of constitutional law nationally:
Fatiha Ben Abbou, Member.
Abdel Wahab Kherif, Member.
Abbas Ammar, Member.
Abdelhafid Ouskin, Member.
Ammar Boudiaf, Member.
Mohamed Boufartas, member.
