President of the Republic Abdelmadjid Tebboune, commander-in-chief of Armed Forces and Minister of National Defense, will chair Wednesday a High Security Council meeting to discuss the overall security and health situation in the country as well as the preparations for the next local elections, the presidency of the Republic said in a statement.
“The President of the Republic, Commander in Chief of Armed Forces, Minister of National Defense, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune will chair, Wednesday, a periodic meeting of the High Security Council, which will examine the country’s general situation at the health and security levels, as well as preparations for the upcoming local elections,” said the communiqué.
