Rain prayer was held, today, in various mosques across the country, to supplicate to Allah Almighty to bring rain after a recorded delay.
The worshipers prayed to the Almighty Allah while they were in reverence and serenity, to send down beneficial and harmless rain over the country with which people and the country would be revived.
The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments had written to all its directorates across the entire national territory in order to hold rain prayers across all the country’s mosques, due to the late rains, starting at 10 am, in accordance with the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace be upon him, who proved that if drought came, he would go out and pray.
