Ramtane Lamamra holds consultative meeting with counterparts from Tunisia and Libya

Minister of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, Ramtane Lamamra, held today, Tuesday a consultative meeting with the Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Mangoush, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians Abroad Othman Jerandi.

The visit of the Foreign Ministers of Libya and Tunisia to Algeria falls within the framework of their participation in the celebrations of the 67th anniversary of the outbreak of the Liberation Revolution.

On this occasion, Al-Mangoush, as well as Jerandi, conveyed the warm congratulations of the leaders of their two brotherly countries to the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, expressing their happiness with the participation of the Algerian people in the immortal events of this historic milestone, which recorded the most effective forms of solidarity, sincere brotherhood and unity of the common struggle between the peoples of the three countries.

Othman Jerandi had arrived yesterday evening in Algeria, dispatched by President Kais Saied, to convey his congratulations to his brother, President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the outbreak of the Liberation Revolution and Algeria’s participation in commemorating this glorious anniversary.

For her part, the Libyan Foreign Minister visited Algeria yesterday, where she met with a number of officials and reviewed with them the latest political situation in Libya.
