Sahrawi army launches new attacks on positions of the Moroccan occupation army

Units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army launched on Thursday, new attacks on the Moroccan occupation army’s entrenchments in the Mahbas, Hawza, Bakari and Farsieh sectors, according to Military Statement No. 456 issued by the Sahrawi Ministry of Defense.

The statement, which was relayed by the Saharawi News Agency (SPA), indicated that advanced detachments of the Sahrawi army targeted, with their attacks, the entrenchments of the occupation soldiers, in the Akrara al-Farsik area in the Mahbas sector, and other detachments also targeted the occupation soldiers in the Umm al-Dukan area in the Bakari sector.

The statement added that the Sahrawi army also targeted the occupation soldiers’ positions with heavy and focused bombardment, in the Ross Tarkant area in the Hawza sector, while other units focused their attacks on the occupation soldiers in the Fadra Labir area in the Farsiya sector.

On Wednesday, detachments of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army targeted the Moroccan occupation forces’ positions in the Mahbas and Hawza sectors, targeting the areas of Laksibi Lemles, Umm Lakta, and Sebkhat Tnushad.

The attacks of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army against the Moroccan occupation forces’ entrenchments along the sand wall (humiliation and shame), have continued since the resumption of the armed struggle on November 13, 2022, causing heavy losses in lives and equipment among the ranks of the Moroccan occupation army.
