The units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (APLS) carried out, on Monday, new attacks against positions and entrenchments of the Moroccan occupation forces in the sector of Oum Adrika, indicates the military communiqué n.498 published by the Sahrawi Ministry of Defence.
According to the text relayed by the Sahrawi Press Agency (SPS), “the units of the SPLA carried out intense bombardments against the Moroccan occupying forces in the region of el-Aydiyat belonging to the sector of Oum Adrika, causing them heavy loss of human life and material.
Advance detachments of the Saharawi Army had bombarded, on Sunday, the positions of the Moroccan forces in the regions of Oudi Doumran belonging to the sector of Mahbès, it is recalled.
“SPLA attacks continue against the positions of the occupying forces which suffer heavy human and material losses along the wall of shame,” the statement concluded.
