Units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army have carried out new attacks against positions of the Moroccan occupier forces in the sectors of Oum Drika and Aousserd, the Sahrawi Ministry of Defense indicated on Tuesday in its statement N 615.
According to the statement reported by the Sahrawi News Agency (SPS), “Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army units have intensified shelling against the Moroccan occupation forces in the south and east of the Taouarachit region, and in Azmoul Oum Khamla in the Oum Drika sector as well as north of Tadarourt in Aousserd”.
On Monday, advanced detachments of the Saharawi Army had targeted forces of the Moroccan occupier in the sectors of Mahbès, in the regions of Sebkha Tenouchad, Akrara El Fersik.
The attacks of the Saharawi Army are continuing against the positions of the Moroccan forces which have suffered heavy human and material losses along the wall of shame, the statement concluded.
