The units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army carried out a heavy offensive targeting the positions of the Moroccan occupation forces in the Awsard sector, according to Military Statement No. 608 issued by the Sahrawi Ministry of Defense, today, Wednesday.
The statement, which was reported by the Sahrawi News Agency, infdicated that units of the Sahrawi army targeted the positions of the Moroccan occupation forces today, in several locations such as the Kalb al-Nass area in the Awsard sector.
Advanced detachments of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army focused their attacks earlier on Tuesday, targeting the Moroccan occupation forces in the Farsiya sector and in the Akrara al-Shadiq and al-Fayyin areas, adds the same statement.
The attacks of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army continue, targeting the strongholds of the Moroccan occupation forces, which incurred heavy losses in lives and equipment along the wall of sand (humiliation and shame), the same source concluded.
