Sahrawi army targets Moroccan occupation forces with new attacks

Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) fighters carried out new attacks against Moroccan occupation forces at various points of the berm (wall of humiliation and shame), according to military statement No. 237, issued by the Ministry of defence of the Western Sahara.

The statement, quoted by the Sahrawi news agency (SPS), said that the detachments of the Sahrawi people’s Liberation Army (PLA), on Monday,” bombed trenches of the occupation forces in the region of Akrara El Hadid and the region of Oudi Lethel in Farsia sector”.

The statement said that “SPLA units, bombed on Tuesday, entrenchments of the Moroccan occupation forces in the region of Houfrat Echyaf in Bekari sector, and heavily shelled the occupation forces in Abrouma region and Ankab Abd El Kataa in Houaza sector, and conducted devastating bombing on its entrenchments in Benzeka region in the same sector.

The statement of the Ministry of Defence added that “a heavy bombardment targeted the occupation forces in Oudi Lethel region of Farsia sector, as well as in the areas of Amitir El Makhinza and Ouadi Al Dhamran in Mahbas sector.”

The SPLA attacks continue against the occupation forces which are suffering heavy human and material losses along the wall of shame, the communiqué concluded.
