The units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army targeted the Moroccan occupation soldiers’ entrenchments in the sectors of Al-Mahbas, Oum Adrekah and Awsard, according to military statement No. 606 issued today, Sunday, by the Sahrawi Ministry of Defense.
According to the statement reported by the Saharawi Press Agency, the Sahrawi army carried out new attacks against the Moroccan forces in the regions of Ross Sebti and Tanushad in the Mahbas sector, and the warning point of the occupation soldiers 181 in the Akrara al-Atta area, in the Mahbas sector.
The entrenchments of the occupation forces were also bombed in the Ross Al-Kaydia area, the Um Adrekah sector, and east of Tadourt in the Awsard sector, where plumes of smoke and flames were seen rising from the targeted enemy bases, the statement added.
Advance detachments of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army concentrated their attacks on Saturday against the Moroccan forces in the Awsard and Um Adrekah sectors and in the areas of Kleibat Al-Akaya, Kalib Al-Shak, Kalb Al-Nass and Azmoul Umm Khamla, according to the same statement.
