Units of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army targeted yesterday, Sunday the Moroccan occupation forces in the Hawza, Mahbès and Awsard sectors, according to military statement No. 430 issued by the Sahrawi Ministry of Defense.
The statement, which was reported by the Saharawi News Agency (SPA), highlighted that advanced detachments of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army targeted the positions of the occupation forces in the Hawza sector with concentrated bombardments.
The statement indicated that advanced units of the Saharawi Army targeted the enemy’s trenching forces in the Kalb al-Nass area in the Awsard sector with concentrated and violent bombardments.
The attacks of the Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army have continued since November 13, 2020, after Morocco violated the ceasefire after attacking Sahrawi civilians through the illegal Guerguerat loophole, the statement adds.
