The Office of Real Estate Promotion and Management in the municipality of Ain Sokhna (Saida) began, yesterday, Thursday, the operation of delivering 84 public rental housing units to the beneficiaries, according to the body’s services.
The source explained that the operation of handing over the keys to these three-bedroom housing units to their beneficiaries is taking place at the level of the new housing compound in the same local community.
The temporary list of beneficiaries of this housing quota was announced last August by the services of the Al-Hassasna district, to which the municipality of Ain Sokhna belongs, before the completion of the appeals process, as it was indicated.
The Office of Real Estate Promotion and Management, at the beginning of November, conducted a draw to determine the beneficiaries of these housing units.
