The Water and Sanitation Company of Algeria (SEAAL) has informed its customers that electronic payment of bills is now available stressing that customers who have a gold card or CIB can pay the bill directly on its website.
SEAAL pointed out, in a statement, the online compatibility of CIB and Gold cards since December 23, 2021, allowing its customers to pay their bills in an easy, safe and free of charge manner.
The company also invites its customers to watch the information video that explains in detail the steps for online payment of SEAAL’s bills, which includes SEAAL’s YouTube channel, SEAAL’s institutional social networking sites and the company’s proximity Facebook pages, which will also be published at the level of SEAAL’s 40 agencies distributed in Algiers and SEAAL’s 12 agencies in the province of Tipasa.
In addition to this, the company informs its customers that they can monitor their consumption of drinking water through the meter on a regular basis and send their indicator via the Wakalati app or write to the company via e-mail to the address: mail.1594@seaal.dz or via the mail of the proximity Facebook pages: SEAAL -Tipaza, SEAAL-Algiers-west, SEAAL-Algiers-center, and SEAAL-Algiers-east.
