The Council of the Nation will resume its work on Tuesday in plenary sessions devoted to the presentation and debate around the Government’s General Policy Statement, said a statement from the parliamentary institution on Monday.
The presentation of the Government’s General Policy Statement by the Prime Minister, Mr. Aïmene Benabderrahmane, will be followed by interventions by senators, which will continue until Wednesday, the statement said.
The plenary on Thursday morning, October 13 will be devoted to the interventions of the presidents of parliamentary groups, which will be followed by the response of the Prime Minister to the questions raised by the senators, according to the same source who adds that the session will be sanctioned by a motion on the General Government Statement policy.
