The body of a child from the municipality of Bir Hadada (south of Setif) missing since last Sunday, was found yesterday, Monday, in the municipality of Ain El Hadjar (south of Setif), according to civil protection services.
The official in charge of information and communication at the Province Directorate of Civil Protection, Captain Ahmed Lamamra, confirmed that the body of the 13-year-old boy was found inside a bag on the edge of a dirt road in a forested block near the cemetery of Ali Bouchareb in the municipality of Ain El Hadjar.
Civil Protection services have taken care of the process of transferring the child’s body after all the concerned departments have completed their investigations to the corpse preservation department at the public hospital institution “Youcef Yalaoui” in the municipality of Aïn Azel, according to what Captain Lamamra explained.
It is reported that the child had disappeared since last Sunday after he went to perform Tarawih prayers, and no news appeared about him, as his family announced his disappearance.
