The Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industry announced today, Wednesday, the setting of additional dates for the benefit of pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in order to submit applications for regularizing their status and obtaining new accreditations, from February 13 to 28.
This was carried in an instruction of the Ministry directed to pharmaceutical manufacturing companies that are licensed by the Ministry of Health and which have not yet deposited files of requesting settlement of their accreditations.
In this context, the Ministry of Pharmaceutical Industry affirmed that additional dates for submitting files have been set from February 13 to February 28, 2022.
According to the ministerial instruction, the technical directors of these institutions must make an appointment, as soon as possible, via the link www.miph.gov.dz/mipform/.
This procedure applies to pharmaceutical manufacturing companies wishing to regularize their status and having an accreditation from the Ministry of Health, in accordance with Executive Decree No. 21-82 of Rajab 11, 1442 corresponding to February 23, 2021.
The ministry also stated that after February 28, no accreditation other than that issued by the competent departments of the ministry in charge of the pharmaceutical industry will be valid.
