Intermediate Education Certificate exams were launched today, Tuesday, in a tight regulatory environment and conditions inside and outside the examination centres. All material and human resources to ensure that the exam is conducted in the best conditions are well provided.
A total of 641,187 pupils are sitting today the Intermediate Education Certificate exams for the academic year 2020-2021.
625,223 pupils are schooled (292,767 boys and 332,456 girls) and 15,964 are non-schooled candidates (11100 boys and 4864 girls), distributed on 2,585 exam centres, according to the National Office for Examinations (ONEC).
Pupils take this exam over a period of three days (from June 15 to 17). The process of correcting the exam papers is scheduled to begin on June 22, and the process will extend until July 3.
