Three people were killed and another was injured in a traffic accident that took place from Saturday night to Sunday in Tiaret, according to Civil Protection Directorate.
Captain Rabah Boukhari, in charge of the media cell, explained that the accident, which occurred on the National Road No. 23, was caused by a collision between a truck and a car, where the elements of the secondary unit of Ain Deheb district intervened to transport a person who died on the spot (50 years old) and the evacuation of three people (27-32 years old) to the multi-service clinic in Ain Deheb.
Two of them died upon their arrival at the clinic, while the other received the necessary treatment at the same health facility, according to the same source.
With this accident, the roads of the province of Tiaret recorded during one week 11 dead and seven injured in three accidents that occurred on the national roads, as was mentioned.
