A special weather bulletin, issued Wednesday by the National Office of Meteorology, said that rainfall, sometimes in the form of thunder showers, will affect Tindouf and the west of Beni Abbes on Thursday and Friday.
Tindouf and the West of Beni Abbes are thus placed under “orange” vigilance from Thursday at 6:00 am to Friday at 6:00 pm, said the special weather bulletin.
According to the same source, the amounts of expected rainfall during the period of validity of this bulletin are estimated between 20 and 40 mm, which may reach or exceed 50 mm locally.
