Several coastal cities in the center and east of the country will witness rain, sometimes thunders, as from this Wednesday evening, according to a special bulletin issued by the National Office of Meteorology.
The bulletin, which was classified in the “orange” level of vigilance, concerns the provinces of Boumerdes, Tizi Ouzou, Bejaia, Jijel, Skikda, Annaba and El Tarf.
The validity of the met bulletin extends from three in the evening on Wednesday, until six o’clock in the morning, on Thursday.
According to the same bulletin, the amount of rain expected during this period will range between 20 and 40 mm and will be accompanied by strong winds.
