Tindouf: Opening of International Exhibition “El-Mouggar” 2021

Minister of Commerce and Export Promotion, Kamel Rezig, accompanied by a ministerial delegation, supervised today, Tuesday, in the province of Tindouf, the opening of the International Exhibition “El-Mouggar” 2021 in its tenth edition.

The ministerial delegation, in the presence of the Minister of Trade of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, received full explanations from officials of institutions and economic dealers participating in this international trade and economic event regarding their products and ways to promote them.

The opening ceremony of the international exhibition witnessed the conclusion of two agreements, the first between the National Company for Marketing and Distribution of Petroleum Products (Naftal) and the general assembly for the transport of goods and supplies “Logitrans” concerning the transportation of goods for the benefit of the Naftal Company to Mauritania, Niger, Mali and some West African countries.

The second agreement was signed between the Naftal Company and the Public Works Company, which includes the completion of the works of major fuel stations between the cities of Tindouf (Algeria) and Zouerate (Mauritania), to ensure the escort of the carriers through the provision of petroleum products.

More than 100 economic operators from Algeria and African countries such as Mauritania, Niger and Mali, in addition to traders from the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic, participate in the tenth edition of the international exhibition “El Mouggar” bearing the slogan “Algeria, the Gateway to African Trade” (August 31 – September 2). .

The ministerial delegation includes, in addition to the Minister of Trade and Export Promotion, the Ministers of Pharmaceutical Industry, Tourism, Handicraft, Industry, Religious Affairs, Endowments, Fishing and Fish Products, Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of Micro-Enterprises and Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of Knowledge Economy and Emerging Enterprises, respectively.
