Traffic accidents: 141 people injured, with no deaths recorded during the past 24 hours

141 people were injured of varying severity as a result of several traffic accidents that occurred in separate parts of the country during the past 24 hours, according to a toll reported today, Wednesday, by the civil protection services.

The same source stated that the civil protection units provided first aid to five people after they inhaled carbon monoxide gas leaked from various heating devices in the provinces of Annaba and Medea.

Also, during the same period, 11 people were treated for burns of varying severity as a result of an explosion in a cement factory in the province of Skikda. Two fires were also extinguished in the provinces of Setif and Tissemsilt, with no casualties recorded.
