
Tunisian President Kais Saied affirmed yesterday, Wednesday in Tunis, that his country cannot forget Algeria’s position of solidarity due to the repercussions of the Corona pandemic.
“I will never forget the Algerian position in light of the Corona pandemic and how it shared oxygen with us,” said President Said during a joint press conference with the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, who is on a state visit to Tunisia.
He pointed out that the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, assured him during their talks that the two countries “share everything in order to achieve the hopes and will of the two brotherly peoples,” praising Algeria’s “permanent position towards Tunisia”.
It’s worth recalling that during this visit many important agreements were signed, especially in such vital fields as justice, twinning between the border states, pharmaceutical industries, and environment.
The President of the Republic arrived in Tunisia yesterday, Wednesday, as part of a two-day state visit at the head of an important ministerial delegation.
