UN Security Council will hold today, Thursday an open briefing session, followed by closed consultations, on “the situation in the Middle East, including the Palestinian issue.”
Earlier, the Palestinian presidency called on the Security Council to stand up to its responsibilities to end the Zionist aggression against Gaza Strip and Al-Quds Al-Sharif, which crossed all red lines. The Zionist occupation’s aggression on Gaza Strip led to the death of 49 martyrs, including 17 children and 5 women, and the injury of 360 others, according to data provided by various sources.
