Vice President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya leaves Algeria after a two-day visit

The Vice President of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya, Musa Al-Koni, left today, Tuesday, Algiers, after a two-day visit.

The head of the People’s National Assembly, Brahim Boughali was also at the Houari Boumediene International Airport, upon the departure of Musa al-Koni, who was accompanied by the Chief of General Staff of the Libyan Army, Major General Mohamed al-Haddad, and a number of officers

Al-Koni arrived in Algeria yesterday, Monday, as part of a two-day official visit, during which he discussed many files of common interest.

The President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received today in Algiers, the Vice-President of the Libyan Presidential Council. During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in many fields and exchange views on regional and international issues of common interest.

As a reminder, Musa Al-Koni visisted Algeria last September, to inform the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, of the course of his visits to the neighboring countries of southern Libya, and to consult on many important issues.
