President of the Republic receives representatives of civil society

The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received, today Thursday, representatives of civil society, as part of consultations he is conducting with representatives of civil society, according to a press release of the Presidency of the Republic.

The communiqué read: “The President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, received today at the Presidency of the Republic, representatives of civil society, including:

Representatives of associations of general interest, namely; Mr. Abderrahmane Hamzaoui, Commander-in-Chief of the Algerian Islamic Scouts and Mr. Hocine Khaled, President of the Algerian Literacy Association “Iqra”.

Representatives of associations of persons with specific needs: Mr. Haïdar Boulebnane, President of the National Union of the Handicapped Algerians, Mr. Mohamed Allal, President of the National Federation of Algerian Deaf People.

Representatives of associations consumer protection, namely; Mr. Mustapha Zebdi, President of the Algerian Organization for Protection and Guidance of the Consumers and their Environment, Mr. Mahfoud Harzali, President of the National Union for Consumer Protection, Secretary General of the Arab Union for Consumer Protection, and member of the International Organization and the African Bureau for Consumer Protection.

These meetings, which were attended by the advisor to the President of the Republic in charge of the association movement and the national community abroad, Mr. Nazih Ben Ramadan, are part of consultations conducted by the president of the republic with representatives of civil society.
