The Ministry of Religious Affairs and Endowments announced, in a statement today, Monday, that the commemoration of Al-Mawlid (the Prophet’s birthday) will be on Tuesday, October 19.
In its statement, the ministry called on all citizens, in light of what the world is witnessing of the spread of Coronavirus pandemic, to “continue to respect health measures and adhere to preventive measures, and to pray for the country and its people that Allah may lift the pandemic away from us and the whole humanity, and the Islamic nation to be fine, and praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds.”
