Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Abdelbaki Benziane, and the Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China in Algeria Li Jian, expressed their readiness to review university exchange programs, grants and researchers’ mobility to serve the cooperation based on training, research and innovation projects between the two countries, according to a ministry statement issued on Thursday.
The meeting also constituted an opportunity for the Minister of World Education and Scientific Research to explain the “new vision” of university cooperation based on “constructive partnership” to reach the stage of twinning through the conclusion of agreements that benefit both sides.
