Prime Minister Aïmene Benabderrahmane received on Sunday at the Government Palace the European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission, Josep Borrell, who is visiting Algeria, according to a press release issued by the Prime Minister’s office.
This meeting was an opportunity to discuss “the state and prospects of relations between Algeria and EU, as well as ways of strengthening bilateral cooperation in various fields”, the statement said.
The meeting took place in the presence of the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the National Community Abroad, Amar Belani.
