Algeria strongly condemned the terrorist attack that targeted, on Tuesday, a unit of the Chadian defense and security forces in the west of the country leaving dozens of dead and wounded, according to what was reported today, Thursday, in a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the national community abroad.
“While Algeria offers sincere expressions of condolences and sympathy to the families of the victims and its wishes for a speedy recovery for the wounded, it renews its full solidarity and standing by the brotherly Chad government and people in the face of terrorist groups,” the same source adds.
Algeria also renewed the call on the international community to “concert international efforts to eradicate this dangerous scourge that threatens the security and stability of states,” according to the same statement.
