Algeria Telecom launches the new 100% Algerian video-on-demand service

Algeria Telecom has launched its new video-on-demand service “Dzair Play”, which can be used through its mobile application with the “Android” operating system (tablets and smartphones) or through a computer browser, according to what was reported today, Monday, in a statement of this public institution.

The same source stated that “subscribers to Idoom Fiber and Idoom ADSL/VDSL offers, at a flow rate of 15 megabytes or more, can view a selection of Algerian documentaries and films for free and unlimitedly.”

In order to benefit from this service, which was launched with the contribution of the Algerian Center for Cinema Development and the National Center for Cinematography and Audiovisual, it is enough just to log in to the “Dzair Play” interface of Algeria Telecom by entering the landline number and the customer number appearing on the invoice or subscription contract.

The “Dzair Play” application can be downloaded for free via the Google Play application store or at the following e-mail address: www.dzairplay.dz.

Algeria Telecom stated that this endeavor falls within the framework of its strategy aimed at “promoting and encouraging Algerian digital content while highlighting the national cultural heritage.”
