Coastguards on Friday rescued four sailors who were on a fishing boat 41 nautical miles north Ras Bouzid, Tipaza province, announced the National Defence Ministry in a communiqué.
The Ministry of National Defense said in a statement, “Within the framework of their humanitarian missions, Coastguard search and rescue units for Cherchell, Tennis and Dellys of the first military region on Friday, May 21, 2021, rescued four (04) fishermen who were on board of a fishing boat 41 nautical miles north Ras Bouzid, Tipaza province”.
The same statement added, “This operation reflects the great efforts exerted by our naval forces to perform their tasks, especially humanitarian ones, caring for the safety of our citizens and to preserve their lives.”
