210 new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) and 6 deaths were recorded in Algeria during the last 24 hours, while 160 patients have recovered, according to the Ministry of Health.
Thus, the total number of injuries reached 212,434 cases, while the total number of recoveries reached 146006, and the total number of deaths reached 6,132 cases. Meanwhile, 22 patients were admitted in intensive care, according to the same source.
The Ministry’s communiqué added that 23 provinces did not have any cases recorded during the mentioned period, and 20 others recorded from one case to 9 cases, while 5 provinces recorded 10 cases or more.
The Ministry of Health recommends that citizens adhere to the protection measures, and calls on them to respect the rules of hygiene, physical distance, and the mandatory wearing of a protective mask.
It also stresses that the strict adherence of citizens to these preventive measures, along with being cautious, are important factors until the final eradication of this epidemic.
