National Bureau of Meteorology expectes, for today Thursday, heavy thunderstorms accompanied by hails, causing 30 to 50 mm of rain, and exceeding 70 mm locally.
This rainy weather will affect the provinces of M’sila, Oulad Djellal, El-Meghier, Biskra, Batna, Khenchela, Tebessa, Oum El Bouaghi, Souk Ahras, Guelma, Constantine, Mila, Setif, Bordj Bou Arreridj and Bouira.
The same source added that the validity of this warning extends to 21:00 today
