Finance Minister Brahim Djamel Kassali confirmed today, Sunday in Algiers, that the measures introduced by the draft finance law for the year 2023 will give a new dynamism to the national economy and strengthen the state’s efforts in the field of social policy.
He added that 400 executives have been formed, representing all ministries and public institutions, who will be tasked with training all actors in the state budget, and their number ranges between 6,000 and 10,000 employees.
